'Death Imminent' For Baby Who Was Allegedly Choked
An 18-month-old boy, whose condition was listed as "death imminent," was believed to have been choked at a home in the unincorporated El Camino Village area, authorities said Tuesday.
The boy was hospitalized at Memorial Hospital of Gardena, according to the Los Angeles County Fire Department.
Paramedics responded at 11:30 a.m. Sunday to a report of a choking at a home in the 14000 block of Chadron Avenue and found the toddler, Los Angeles County Fire Department Inspector Ron Haralson said. Read more
