Garden Plain junior Kurt Pauly continued his state title-winning stretch today by adding another one in the Class 3A boy's 400-meter dash.

The state meet will get underway this morning with the smaller schools holding the spotlight, and there will be some very good ones competing, especially in the 3A 400 meters where Garden Plain holds two of the top times in Kansas this spring, regardless of class.
