Keith Claud Adair, an 88-year-old resident of Osceola, IA, died on Monday Feb. 13, 2012 at the Southern Hills Specialty Care Center in Osceola.

It started as a simple traffic stop and ended up as a chase through two states. Around eleven Sunday night Geneseo Police pulled over Roger Foust of Garden Grove, Iowa for an obstructed license plate.
