Yes...I know...this post is about Sophia's Bistro in Loveland, Co., BUT you do not have anything on Sophia's here in Garden City Kansas of America.
If you would have ever caught Pierceville Pete's floor show when Sophia's was open in Garden City you wouldn't be bragging about your little den in Loveland!
I watched the "Great and Amazing PP's" floor show about six months ago and NOTHING, I said NOTHING could compare to it.
In the space of 30 minutes he stuffed a platter of Lasagna, 6 loaves of garlic bread and 4 pizza's up his talented ass THEN played a bung hole classical sonata solo without blowing "solids" all over the enthralled audience!!!
TOP THAT ONE IF YOU CAN!!!!

I've seen all the good stuff written about Sophia's so I decided to give it a try. I do say that if you want authentic Italian food, this is the place to go. The food was great, the service outstanding and the ambience of the restaurant made one feel as if you were in Roma.
I do have a little concern however. I had Sofia's lasagna, it was very tasty, however after I ate it I developed a small touch of the "runs".
I had just purchased a new BMW with pearl colored leather seats - anyway without going into all of the details...well they're sorta tannish brown now..if you catch my drift.
I'm not saying that the lasagna caused it, it probably didn't but it does make you think.
I'll be back though..there's no doubt about that!!

Had breakfast there today. It really was nice to find all the reviews to be correct.

Best breakfast in Loveland by far. I can't wait to work my way through the menu...:)

I saw these reviews and went to sofiasbistro.com to see menu then just tried it today.

Thanks for the tip. It really is a cool restaurant. I had the stuffed french toast. God was it good!!

We needed this in Loveland. Driving to Ft Collins gets old and most of the time the food is average.

I can say if you try Sofia's Bistro you will not be disapointed at all

I agree with you all - if you want some great "wop" food as we call it in Garden City, Kansas you can't beat it. I've driven all the way out there for some of the best lasagna I've ever gobbled!!! Man it was great!!!
It did cause me to fart quite a bit though..which isn't a bad thing..especially when your farts smell like a basil garlic mix. In fact I let off a bunch in my car and my home. It was real neat!! When I have friends over they say my place smells like Pizza Hut and ask for the little mints that they hand out.

Hey Italian Food Lover: Tell me more about the fabulous PP's performances @ Sofia's Bistro. You have really stirred up my curiosity, if you catch my drift???? There's absolutely nothing better than some serious Saturday night stuffing with a bunch of "wops" @ the ol bistro with food lover and PP followed up with some "special" packed fudge with cream desert at the Dighton pickle park.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Aries

Don't get embroiled in a bad-tempered skirmish today, for it might turn into more than that if you aren't careful. Everyone seems to be ratty and argumentative, but once you let the first spat take place it's effectively declaring open season. Even though things seem out-of-joint, keep your lines of communication open.
