The California Highway Patrol is reporting flooding on Main Street in Garberville, southbound U.S. Highway 101 at the Hookton Road offramp, Old Arcata Road and Jacoby Creek Road, and reports vehicles are hydroplaning on Redwood Drive at Redway Drive in Redway, where a large amount of water approximately 30 feet wide is rushing across the roadway.
