Residents in several Greene County communities may find themselves traveling farther to visit a post office, but at least they can speak up about it.
Crews Battle Pellet Company Fire In Greene Co.
According to the Carmichaels Volunteer Fire Department , the fire broke out at the Greene Team Pellet Fuel Company in the 100-block of Carmichaels Road in Garards Fort around 3 a.m. Heinz Field currently plays host to the six-time Super Bowl champion Pittsburgh Steelers as well as the Pitt Panthers football team.
Dana plans to open new mine, focus on Titus reserves
Dana Mining Co. of Pennsylvania LLC is planning to open a new coal mine in Dunkard and Greene townships to mine the reserves of its former Titus Mine.
