Following the news that the Federal Emergency Management Agency would not be providing funding to the city for the repair of Hedgewood Drive, on Tuesday the Gallipolis City Commission passed an emergency ordinance repealing a previously approved ordinance, passed in late March, which accepted the best bid for the project.
