Rural Water District Four

Fort Riley, KS

I am so hoping that all of us on Rural Water Dist # 5 get to merge with Rural Water Dist. # 4. The voting is tommorrow night. I do not want to be apart of the Thayer city water system and have my rates go sky high, because of Thayer losing so much money because of all the embezzeling.
