The usual cluster we have come to expect from local officials: "...there were no more shots available for children younger than 3 because they had run out of hypodermic needles for the smallest children."
Sounds like no one planned for this, no one coordinated it, thought of traffic problems, etc. All they did was to create a great environment for the virus to spread in the crowd. This is what makes it hard to believe anyone really has our best interests at heart. |
