Suicidal man surrenders to Fulton police

A Fulton police officer talked a man out of killing himself Saturday evening. Police responded to a report of an armed, suicidal man at the Oswego Health Urgent Care Center on South Fourth Street shortly before 6 p.m. Police found a 53-year-old Camden man in a parked truck holding a 12-guage shotgun.
