Former deputy gets probation for theft of prescription drugs from St. Joseph County Jail
Stephen T. Morris, 39, of Fulton, pleaded guilty in March to two misdemeanor counts of larceny of more than $200 but less than $1,000. Two felony charges of larceny in a building - each punishable by up to four years in prison - were dismissed at Monday's hearing as part of the plea agreement in the case.
