Watch out for the water police

I realize that we all have our own opinions, but I wanted to respond to the letter from Paul Livek about, "Not Enough Water? Really?" He states that, "Very soon we will only be allowed to water our yards one day a week instead of two," and he references the Niagara Bottling Company withdrawal of water from Florida's aquifer.
