Great news! Existing home values have been flat for years due to overbuilding in the metroplex. We need to have new construction dry up to build demand for our homes. Bought my house 5 years ago and it's still worth what I paid for it. No value appreciation. The tax value went up though. Thanks Tarrant County.

Sorry "affordable side of the metroplex", we are progressing without you. The spauwl dictates. Don't blame the market for your bad decision.

shortage.... oh there is a shortage of money.
Who can afford a new home anyway ?
The used ones are way overpriced too.
A used car and a used home will have to suffice. A new home is for rich folks.

Daily Horoscope for December 19

Cancer

Hold it! You need to approach things in a calm, controlled manner today otherwise you're likely to get yourself into a state in no time at all. That's especially likely if you're trying to meet a deadline because you'll start to panic and then become all fingers and thumbs. You might also get extremely ratty with anyone who gets in your way or asks stupid questions. Come on, is that fair?
