FRIEDENS, Pa. - The Pennsylvania Department of State has named a longtime southwestern Pennsylvania polling place its first "Keystone of Democracy." The department, which oversees elections, on Wednesday gave the designation to the Election House in Stonycreek Township, Somerset County, about 60 miles southeast of Pittsburgh.
