FREEHOLD - Zebu Forno Franchise LLC, the European-style bakery/cafe chain that began in Red Bank, is coming to the borough.

"Zebu Forno is forgoing its normal process of first lining up a franchisee and then finding a location. Instead, the company will run the cafe"

This is risky business. If this location is not profitable, lining up a franchisee is not happening.

But fret not, this location will be the franchise write off were corporate shows off to investors so profitability is not as important as the location's ability to sell more franchises.

The cost of doing business.

This location can used by Zebu Forno corporate operations as the training location for new franchise owners and franchise staff. Turning a profit holds little importance.

Good to see the ten year lease.
