Expiring building permits that were bought and paid for should not expire. Zoning does not expire therefore if the property is approved for building and all the work is done, why would the permit expire?
Expiration of permits can cause an un due hardship.

If he loves New Jersey so much, then Kreitzer should move there and get his plans approved there. In case you're not aware, Pennsylvania is NOT New Jersey. Why repeat the the NJ stupidity here in PA? The last thing we need is even MORE NJ-lovers coming to PA and trying to trash this state like they did NJ.

Daily Horoscope for December 30

Taurus

It's no good - the prospect of visiting the post-Christmas sales has become too tempting for you to resist any longer. No matter what you're doing today, you'll try to squeeze in the opportunity to dash around some of your favourite shops and see what's on offer. You could snap up some bargains but you should guard against the urge to splurge on items that you don't really want or need. The price of something may have been slashed but the acid test is whether you'd still buy it if it were full price. If not, leave it in the shop!
