Expiring building permits that were bought and paid for should not expire. Zoning does not expire therefore if the property is approved for building and all the work is done, why would the permit expire?
Expiration of permits can cause an un due hardship. |

If he loves New Jersey so much, then Kreitzer should move there and get his plans approved there. In case you're not aware, Pennsylvania is NOT New Jersey. Why repeat the the NJ stupidity here in PA? The last thing we need is even MORE NJ-lovers coming to PA and trying to trash this state like they did NJ.
