When you're little, the world seems like a pretty big place. But what if you could see it from the sky? That's the idea at Bel Air elementary school in New Brighton, where 700 kids are launching a giant balloon.

Scores of local children will team up with two professional actors this weekend to present Prairie Fire Children's Theatre's original musical version of the classic tale, 'Jack and the Beanstalk."Performances are slated for Friday and Saturday, March 16 and 17, at 7 p.m. at Birch Street Elementary School in Frederic.
