Glassboro man's conviction upheld in 1997 Franklinville murder

A state appeals court today affirmed the conviction of Glassboro resident Zarick L. Rose, 38, as an accomplice in the 1997 murder and robbery of a Franklinville man, ruling that the defendant's right to a fair trial was not prejudiced by introducing a previous indictment charging Rose with attempting to murder the same victim in 1995.
