Bridge honors state trooper

Trooper Paul F. Barry regularly patrolled Interstates 290 and 190 when he was stationed at the state police barracks in Holden, and probably drove his cruiser countless times under the bridge on Ararat Street, which passes over Interstate 190 near Exit 2. Yesterday that bridge became Paul F. Barry Memorial Bridge in his honor.
