She didn't kill anyone. Why won't you wait to see if they can prove she did it. A six year old child being told by relatives what to say does not make it so. ANYONE could have killed them. ANYONE. I don't think it was even a woman. I am sorry that child was there or put in the position of being where criminal activity was done to see the terrible tragedy but my daughter didn't do it and after February you will know also. Then who are you going to hate?

I obviously know things that are not public. She was not there. If Paul was there I don't know for sure - yet. I believe the child believes she did it, but I have also read many child psychology reports on children witnesses, and they state they are not reliable witnesses especially a sleeping child. I believe the state of Ohio says a child under the age of 10 is not a reliable witness, why they allow it I don't know. Yes it has been rough, my God has given us the strength to fight and get thru this, and you are entitled to your thoughts and opinions. But remember, all are innocent until PROVEN guilty. You may never have to be in the position of being accused of something and I hope you never are, but if you or one of your loved ones are - you will appreciate this right given to us by our constitution.

I feel bad for the Mollett family.I feel even worse for the poor child who saw this horrible murder & I also feel bad for Kara's daughter.This past year these kids have stayed strong when it would have broken most adults.
I do not know if Kara did it or not I was not there but A child was.He isn't stupid he knows what or who he saw.
I hope the judge & jury make the right decision & if they get it wrong just remember that god will not.I hope justice is served & if Kara did not do it then I hope they find the bastard that did.Both the Mollett & the Garvin family need closure.

No I wasn't there, but I have investigated and I am willing to bet I know some things you don't. I have some theories also that I haven't gotten all the pieces too YET. I can not speak for Paul I don't know where he was at that time, but I know one thing. Kara was called by her cousin, an attorney who I called when to cops showed up at MY house. She didn't have a clue that anything had happened, he told her she was wanted for questioning for something and she went. No problem she didn't do anything. He ran. Why ? well I always heard that was a sign of guilt. Trust me if Kara had done it she'd ran too. NO ONE CAUGHT her she went in willingly because she had nothing to hide. Unlike a lot of people who are involved in this. starr has a point only he/she doesn't know what I know and why even if Danny and Barb had reported it - it probably wouldn't have changed anything. But the bottom line is pills, drugs it will kill you one way or the other.

All these people run around selling pills and stuff, they know what it does to them.

It sure aint for medical reasons and they know it.
Jail, death, robbery, and addiction is all associated with it.
Let someone get killed while their dealing/selling and OMG its like We dont know why!

Well I Do Feel Sorry For Kara Garvins Mom And Family....Because They've Been Through Alot Of Things With This Trial And All....But Everybody Has Their Own Opinion About All This So Just Try And Keep It To Yourself Because Your Hurting Other Peoples Feelings.

Just Let's ALL try to make something Positive come out of all of this bad. We need to Work Together to stop this craziness. I don't blame the people who get started on this stuff as I do the people who contribute to it in the name of Greed. I have never been addicted to Anything. Never -don't know what it is like and can't identify with the need, (except for food) of anything. I know lots of people get started for the need of pills for a pain whether it is a real physical pain or an emotional one. Many have only seen it as a way of life and know no other. I for one Refuse to accept any negative nay saying that it can't be done. I have heard it said if we shut down one pain clinic they will just move it up the line, Fine but we can keep the fight going like a domino effect and follow them with help from that community until we chase them to the river or across or to the ocean I don't care - We have to make a change for our children and Grandchildren. NO ONE IS IMMUNE TO THIS DISEASE. We are the only ones who can do it. We can apply pressure to our elected officials to make law changes and the Medical Board to make stiffer rules and protocols so legitimate pain patients have legitimate treatment. Treatment that helps not harms. Oxycontin is not a good drug. We can make a difference, if we sit idly by it will NOT get better and the Next guy isn't going to do it for us. This is not what I wanted to do with the rest of my life fighting a Multi Billion Dollar industry and Dishonest Doctors and other people of Greed. But I would do ANYTHING to help those addicted to get off and to find true happiness in life. So with that I am off my soap box I illicit help in this fight. Everyone put down your hatred and make something Good come from this tragedy It may help that little boy NOT make the same choices his grandparents and other relatives made (and was unable to kick). It may help the young people like Christina get help and have a good life with a man who would have been good to her. Only we can do this. Our last name doesn't matter.
