Woman may sue over sex assault

By Lisa Roose-Church DAILY PRESS & ARGUS The Michigan Court of Appeals says a Fowlerville woman who was sexually assaulted by a deputy inside the Wayne County Jail can move forward with her civil lawsuit against the county and its Sheriff's Department.
