A man was arrested early Monday when he sideswiped a police car after leading the officer on a chase in southeast Fresno, police said.

The widow of Rick Liles -- the man who shot and killed two law enforcement officers in Minkler -- has been arrested in a chop shop investigation, the California Highway Patrol said in a news release.
