Portion of old culvert removed

Crews pulled the final section of culvert that survived the storm of June 12-13, 2008, from a creek crossing on Lincoln Road north of Dewey Monday, thus starting repairs on a washout that has caused people north of the creek to find alternative routes to their homes for more than a year.
