A man has been arrested and charged with burglary in Tuscaloosa County. According to the Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office, deputies along with a K9 deputy responded to a residence in the 14000 Block of Sugarloop Road in Fosters in reference to a Burglary in Progress about 4:38pm CT Wednesday, December 1, 2009.
