Sheriff: Portland hunter got in fight before shooting death
Oregon State Police said on Wednesday that four people from Scappoose, all related, were involved in a fight with a Portland hunter who died mysteriously nearly three weeks ago in Central Oregon.
Wheeler County Sheriff Bob Hudspeth has asked the Oregon State Police to help with the investigation of 61-year-old Frank Means of Portland.
