Bell Helicopter, union resume talks amid strike

Originally published July 9, 2009 at 11:17 a.m., updated July 9, 2009 at 12:20 p.m. FORT WORTH, Texas a ' Bell Helicopter and union representatives resumed negotiations Thursday for the second time since nearly 2,500 manufacturing workers went on strike nearly a month ago, company and union officials said.
