Kalamazoo's new chief list narrowed to 3

“Each of these three individuals presented personal strengths that were of the highest interest relative to current needs in the areas of community policing and working relationships with the community.”

The list of potential people to become the new Chief of the Kalamazoo Public Safety Department is narrowed to three. via WOOD-TV Grand Rapids

Like Headings has a chance with Stephanie Moore on the board. Didn't Battle Creek PD unjustly arrest her (according to her).

Also Jackie Hampton didn't make the cut because he was one of the applicants that the current, acting Chief of Police is claiming discriminatory hiring practice against with the City Manager.
