State budget cuts in tough economic times are falling on historic sites, from George Washington's Continental Army encampments to a World War II Holocaust refugee center.

I read an article in our local newspaper recently that announced that our Governor Patterson is about to cast his latest blow to families and citizens across our lovely New York State and all of America.
