Forks man accused of child rape

A 33-year-old illegal immigrant in Forks has been arrested for investigation of second-degree child rape for allegedly molesting a 13-year-old. Victor Armenta Pichardo is being held in the Clallam County jail on $500,000 bond after his arrest Thursday.
