If you are in Oroville and happen to be out around town tomorrow, please make it to the car wash in front of the Rent a Center. It is to help Breyanne Brownfield and her family with medical expenses. She is a local 12 year old cancer patient who is very ill. Anything you can spare to help out would be greatly appreciated. Come out and show this family some community support please.

Wow. We have been graced again by a chico-ite. I love how these people have the time to get on the Oroville paper website and actually take the time to slam out town from 25 miles away. Do you have a life? You must be typing this from your lap top with your wi-fi connection while sitting in starbucks sipping your lame double frap with light cream while on break from your "executive" job at Best Buy. HA! Umm....how do I say this? Oh yeah. You are lame. Leggo my eggo.

Who knows where this idiot is from. He's most likely sitting in his mom's basement, picking his nose between each post and getting off on getting people riled up. He has no life, and no incentive to have a REAL life, so he has nothing else to do but to make disparaging comments while remaining anonymous. If we just ignore him, he'll eventually slither away.

Awww...come on, Chap...it's ok to care about Oroville. If you didn't care, you wouldn't have bothered to even comment.

Lots happens in Oroville. You can buy crank at any exit from the freeway. Stolen Property is found for sale in countless locations, just look for the van with household items on the side of the road. If you want to see a good fight the bums beat each other up down by the river. Plenty of prostitutes available at any intersection. You have a choice of toothless or the young stuff. Dont come to Oroville to eat unless you like roaches or sleaze bags making your food. Come to Oroville to be a bum and live for your free handout from the welfare department. LOTS TO DO IN OROVILLE!

Sounds like someone is jealous. You dont have a starbucks in Oroville. Just a couple of shops ran by hom_os. Not even a decent bookstore in Oroville?? Get real you losers.

I live in Chico and those who live in glass houses should not throw stones. Have you heard of the sale tax lose lately. Do you want to go for a walk along the bike path? There is alot of murders here for this city. Why do we need to talk about Oroville when we have problems of our own? Our fore-father made Oroville the seat years ago back then Oroville was a sleepy little town. Chapmantown has a little touble itself. Let worry about ourself and not about Oroville.

I will take my chances on the bike path anyday over walking down oro dam blvd. Murder happens. welcome to 70,000 people in Chico. Sale tax "lose" ? what? At least we have business in Chico. Only thing open in Oroville after 9:00 PM is Jack in the crack and Buger King. Plenty of liquor stores too. Oroville is just the Armpit of Butte County, always has been, always will be. The post was about Oroville, not Chico.

Sweet!! Yay for positive talk! I'll be there..and I'm from Chico :) I like Oroville and Chico. They are both awesome places with their own strong points. Every town has flaws.

Like what? Another casino? Perhaps a new strip club? Another park by the river for the dopers and drunks? A adult bookstore? A new jail or prison? Please Oroville is a craphole.

NOPE! something that will be positive and good for anyone and everyone to enjoy on the weekends. Honestly I hope anyone with your attitude stays away cuz it is gonna be uplifting and community oriented and we need to boost people's spirits....not keep telling them they are awful and their town sucks. come on....have a heart, girl.
