Man Struck, Killed By CTA Train ID'd

A man fatally struck by a CTA Blue Line train Monday morning on the West Side has been identified.

That lets the city and insurance co off the hook, thanks to you DR, employed by the city, you may have just beat some family out of a insurance check for accidental death benefits.

How reliable is the witness. William had to be identified by finger prints. He didn't have his wallet or any identification on him. Who's to say he wasn't robbed and pushed on the tracks. I hope the police are checking cameras to see exactly what happened. My sympathy to his family and friends.
