FOREST CITY, Iowa a ' Tyler Brighton, 19, of Lake Mills, Iowa, and Harlan Derr, 58, of Rudd, Iowa, died as a result of a two-vehicle collision just after 5 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Hancock County Roads B14 and R74 just south of Forest City, Iowa.
