Authorities identify Fontana man killed after rear-ending semi

Authorities today identified a Fontana man who died last week after rear-ending a semi tractor-trailer. Richard Michael Urbina, 25, was driving east on Arrow Route about 2:50 a.m. Friday when his 2003 Honda Accord ran into the back of the semi about 240 feet east of the Robinia Street and Arrow Route intersection.
