A Fontana police officer was responding to a call and had his siren activated when he collided with another vehicle Saturday night, killing the driver and seriously injuring two passengers, a sheriff's spokesman said today.

Ashley Caldera was with friends at Northgate Park in Fontana, Calif. at around 11 p.m. when two men approached the group, reports CBS2/KCAL9 . One of Caldera's friends, who asked not to be identified, said the men, possibly teens, asked where they were from.
