Providence Christian Academy 's trip to Coastal Georgia to play baseball will be delayed another day, this time due to the impending landfall of Tropical Storm Beryl.

Police say they put an Atlanta-area elementary school on lockdown after a 12-year-old child was shot near the campus.

Folkston is a small town in extreme south Georgia; just a couple of miles from the Florida state line.
