this is all a bunch of crap.. i go to una all the time and i never see or hear anything... it is all stories people make up to scare other people.. get over ur selves people gosh get a life..

have any of you ever heard the stories about the headless man that appears to people back in the hills around Waterloo? I have heard this story many times from people who are 100% honest. He seems to mostly appear out on brush creek road and near the oakgrove community.
