Minutes after a motorcycle rider died in a crash, another motorcycle rider was killed in a separate Bedford County wreck.

A Bedford County man refused to turn over his license and registration during a traffic stop on Interstate 99 because he is a member of an organization that has renounced the world, state police at Hollidaysburg said.
