Captain Larry Edwards of the Sullivan Fire Department accepts a $1,000 grant check from the Shelbyville Wal-Mart. Edwards said that grant check will go towards the purchase of a new laptop computer that the department can take into businesses in Sullivan to do pre-plans and keep the community safer.
