In November, a viewer watching the Fugitive Files on WSMH Fox 66 recognized the 38-year-old felon and contacted Huron County Sheriff's deputies with information on his whereabouts, said Sheriff Kelly J. Hanson.

Bad Axe, Filion men enter pleas in cemetery vandalism case

Kyle T. Soper, of Bad Axe, and Aaron Norman, of Filion, were charged with single counts of malicious destruction of tombs and memorials, less than $20,000. The 18-year-old pleaded guilty as charged and now await sentencing on Nov.
