CBS4 Investigator Brian Maass has learned the former Chief of the Sheridan Fire Department, a Sheridan Fire Captain and a Federal Heights Firefighter have all been charged with multiple felonies in connection with a voluntary certification test given to Sheridan firefighters in 2005.
