Report: Fatal DWI driver released after only one year behind bars

A Bethpage man who admitted to driving drunk behind the wheel and killing a cyclist before fleeing the scene in a January 2011 accident was released from jail after spending one year behind bars, according to an exclusive report published Thursday by the Long Island Press.
