Charges Weighed in Fargo Investment Scheme
“We`re still trying to determine what happened to the funds, some of the money, it was a Ponzi scheme, where new investors are recruited to pay interest payments to other investors and also the monies were used to subsidize his lifestyle”
Criminal charges are being considered against a Fargo investment broker and insurance agent. via KMOT-TV Minot
