A man accused of entering a Tanner cemetery three times under cover of darkness to destroy more than 70 headstones was indicted in April by a Limestone County grand jury on three counts of first-degree criminal mischief, which is a felony.
"I've always went up to Lawrenceburg, Tenn., to deal with the Amish and I just fell in love with those kinds of people," he said.
