Fairview man charged with home break-in, robbery

Sean Patrick Regan, 24, of Garren Creek Road, entered the residence of a Swannanoa woman on May 2 and robbed her of prescription medication, grabbing her arm and hand and breaking a bone, according to arrest warrants.
