Folk artists to be honored by governor

The recipients of this year's Governor's Heritage Awards, given annually by the Vermont Folklife Center and Vermont Life magazine, are Delsie Hoyt Eaton of Fairlee and Mark Sustic of Fletcher. via Burlington Free Press
