Fairhope Council rejects road connecting Walmart entrance to residential neighborhood

FAIRHOPE, Ala. -- More than 30 Idlewild subdivision residents expressed opposition Monday to a proposed road extension that they Councilman Dan Stankoski said would directly connect their neighborhood to the nearby Walmart Super Center.
