An indictment charging a man with sexually abusing a child under 12 was handed down by the Harlan County Grand Jury on Aug. 11. Curtis Eugene Hensley, 59, of Baxter, was arrested by the Harlan County Sheriff's Office on an indictment warrant on Tuesday.
