Five more deaths have been reported by the Wyoming Highway Patrol. Justin C. Wickwire, age 21 of Casper, died about an hour after a one-car rollover on an I-25 on-ramp. Wickwire was just entering southbound Interstate 25 from the WYO 220 bypass.
