Recovery money behind Deerfield proposal

Plans for construction of Deerfield Place, a 40-unit apartment complex off Highland and Cotton avenues in Eufaula, are among a group that the Alabama Housing Finance Authority reviewed and approved after it received a $31,952,086 allocation from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
