Community leaders fight for light at deadly intersection
The push for a traffic light at an Estero intersection is gathering support after a 17-year-old was hit and killed last week.
A 17-year-old girl killed last week while crossing a stretch of U.S. 41 in Estero has become the face of a movement pushing for a fully-functioning traffic light and crosswalk at the intersection where she was hit.
