A 21-year-old man who escaped police in Childress on Monday has been captured. Jordan Earl Smith was arrested Tuesday.
Panhandle man charged with capital murder
Wednesday, December 10, 2008, Amado Santos was officially charged by the Texas Rangers with capital murder in the death of Lee Guerrero.
